"Sisters of Indiscretion"

Verses to pray:

Ezekiel 23 speaks of two harlot sisters, Oholah, the elder, representing Great Britain and Oholibah, the younger, representing America, the USA!

The Scripture teaches that the elder is Samaria, a place of syncretism, confusion and wrongful worship (the wrong mountain-Mt. Gerizim {John 4: 20}, instead of Jerusalem, the place of true worship! When we worship the Living God through His Son, Jesus, we worship on the right Mt., with the Prince of Peace, as the focus of our worhip!) and Jerusalem is the younger sister, meant to be a place of the high praises of God, the fear of the Lord, the love of Adonai, their temples filled with worshippers that don't worship religion, but worship the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, throught the Messiah, Jesus, the Christ!

God declares that both sisters were "Mine!" (His! in verse 4) and that they bore many sons and daughters throughout the ages! They lusted after lovers, were well cared for, yet embraced idols immorality! Vs. 9 says, "Therefore, I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians for whom she lusted."

The younger sister, Oholibah, (America), became even more corrupt than the older, more mature sister! She has been gorgeously clothed, but has lusted after other gods and verse 18 says, "She revealed her harlotry and uncovered her nakedness then I (the Lord!) alienated Myself from her, as I alienated Myself from her sister."

Verses 22-35 speak of the judgments of the Lord and verses 36-49 tells of what will happen to the two sisters in judgment so that "Then you shall know that I am the Lord God." verse 49b.

Is there still time to repent of our sins? Yes, let us not delay to gather and pray! Perhaps the Lord will give us grace and spare us from total desolation! Purposed in Prayer,
